- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 15, 2019, by Kenan LauschII called thus company probably 25 times before speaking to a someone and when I finally got ahold of someone I was able to preordered pRts for my phone to be fixed. But when I dropped it off it seemed like there was no communication in the company. The lady there had no idea whati was talking about. Right there I got a bad feeling. But I needed my phone so I left it in her care. When I got it back it was in far worse shape then it was when I dropped it off. Before I had dropped it off the screen was unresponsive at times but I could still function the voice command and make phone calls. Now it is competly broken and usless. They reimbursed me for parts that I had already paid for but didn't offer anything to make up for the fact that they damaged my phone further. I would recommend never taking anything to them.
